Since 2006, instead of the traditional manual operation, the Amer International Group has introduced the automated assembly line, which has significantly improved productivity. Meanwhile, the company has upgraded the existing equipment and imported the world’s latest advanced machines. The production effectively has increased quite a lot, and both the energy consumption and the labor force have dropped sharply.

      In 2008, the company invested 3 billion RMB in Tongling city, Anhui province, founding Tongling Copper Manufacturing Industrial Park with an annual output of 300,000 tons of precision copper rods.

      This project introduced the world's most advanced production equipment from German company SMS, which has the largest production capacity in Asia and has been ranked the second in the world. With all these measures, we can not only contribute to the transformation, upgrading and green development of Chinese manufacturing industry, but also the hometown construction and the revitalization of our national heritage.

      In May 2010, Amer International Group and Maschinenfabrik Niehoff GmbH & Co. KG have signed an agreement of precision copper rod production line with an annual output of 500,000 tons. The project is becoming the one with the widest scale and the largest production capacity all over the world.
