On September 12th, under the framework of the 15th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, China-ASEAN Business Leaders Forum was held in Nanning. The Forum was hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Chen Zhou, Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee of the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit and Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade,Huang Daowei, Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Political Consultative Conference, Supalman, Senior Research Fellow of Malaysian Institute of Strategic and International Affairs, Zhang Songsheng, Chairman of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Wang Wenyin, Chairman of Amer International Group, Liu Yonghao, Chairman of the New Hope Group, Zan Tasong,Vice Chairman of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Yan Jiehe, Founder of Pacific Construction Group Vice Chairman of the Myanmar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deng Han and More than 350 people from China and ASEAN government representatives, business leaders, businessman representatives, experts and scholars attended the forum.

This forum will focus on the theme of ‘Southward New Channel and New Opportunities’ and discuss how we can together strengthen pragmatic cooperation and promote the construction of the southbound channel.
